We are a group of young entrepreneurs and professionals who believe that it is inevitable for Türkiye to realize the National Technology Initiative in order to raise its voice for a better world and to be one of developed societies in terms of economy and life quality.
Seray Bayraktar was born in Istanbul in 1987. After completing her primary and secondary education in Istanbul, she began her undergraduate studies in the Department of Physics at Istanbul University in 2007, graduating in 2011. While subsequently pursuing her studies in the Department of Mathematics at the same institution, she enrolled in the Master of Science (M.Sc.) program with thesis in the Department of Numerical Methods, successfully completing her graduate degree in 2019.
Bayraktar launched her professional career at Baykar Technology in 2014, initially serving in the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Department. Throughout her tenure, she held key positions including Logistics Support and Maintenance Coordination Specialist, Team Leader, and Sustaining Product Support Management Group Leader for the Bayraktar Mini UAV, Bayraktar TB2, and Bayraktar AKINCI platforms. During this period, she specialized deeply in integrated logistics support, maintenance coordination, and sustaining product support management.
Committed to continuous professional development alongside her career, she completed the prestigious SAHA MBA Program in 2023. In 2024, she further advanced her qualifications by completing the Finance and Economics for Executives Program as well as the Project Management Training at Istanbul Technical University (ITU).
As of December 2024, Seray Bayraktar continues her tenure at Baykar Technology, serving as the Technical and Administrative Coordination Group Leader.
